THE BILL HUTCHISON FOUNDATION

The Bill Hutchison Foundation (BHF) is a public fund listed on the Register of Harm Prevention Charities. The Foundation’s mission is: “to have a positive impact on the lives of children and young people, by implementing or supporting harm prevention actions, with an emphasis on rural and regional Victoria".
The Bill Hutchison Foundation provides financial support for organisations or programs that actively work towards harm prevention, and designs and runs programs in partnership with other organisations.

Barpirdhila Program
The Barpirdhila Program aims to make a meaningful and long-term contribution to the education and employment challenges facing many young Indigenous Australians. More.

The BHF, in conjunction with Essendon Football Club and Netball Victoria, delivers the On the Ball program, which works with children, their teachers and families to promote interest and engagement in sport as a harm-prevention measure. More.
Tiwi Islands AFL Partnership Program
The BHF supports the AFL Northern Territory and Essendon Football Club as part of the Tiwi Islands AFL Partnership Program. More.
AFL Victoria Youth Girls Academy
